In the first half of August, Lascari hosts “In Vino Salus” an event dedicated to promoting the excellence of local winemaking and offering an evening of tastings and cultural experiences.
Each year, a local winery presents its wines, giving guests the opportunity to taste them through a guided tasting experience. The wines are paired with traditional local products, carefully selected to enhance their flavours and characteristics.
The evening is not only about food and wine: participants can also enjoy moments of insight with oenological explanations, poetry readings, and live music performed by Sicilian bands, all of which help create a warm, convivial, and atmospheric experience.
